{"id":100,"date":"2014-03-30T05:50:24","date_gmt":"2014-03-29T20:50:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/5stringcello.com\/english\/?p=100"},"modified":"2020-01-08T13:56:11","modified_gmt":"2020-01-08T04:56:11","slug":"meeting-6","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/5stringcello.com\/english\/ii-start-of-the-project\/meeting-6\/","title":{"rendered":"MEETING [6]  (May 27th,  2013)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,Times,serif;\">On May 27<sup>th<\/sup> the instrument <em><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">(the future Prototype II)<\/span> <\/em>was returned to Ekoda Strings and Ueda started to convert it into a five string cello.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,Times,serif;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">TEST RESULTS [6].<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">(Featuring\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Prototype I with a different E-string.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,Times,serif;\" align=\"left\">\u00a0On May 29<sup>th<\/sup> the Prototype I Larsen E-string was replaced by an E-string made by Helicore, a company which produces cello E-strings at a slightly lower price than others.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,Times,serif;\" align=\"left\">\u00a0\u00a0 There is no noticeable difference to the Larsen string \u2013 neither in material nor in sound.
